For the purposes hereof, "I", "me", "my", "you" and "your" shall mean the undersigned on the undersigned’s own behalf as well as on behalf of the business(es) identified in this form;

"BACD" means the Business Advisory Centre Durham Inc.;

“Act” means the Personal Information & Electronic Documents Act S.C. 2000 c.5;

“Personal Information” means personal, financial and other details about you that you provide to BACD and details obtained from others outside of BACD, including from consultants and professional advisors;

BACD is committed to protecting your Personal Information, which protection is regulated by the Act. BACD may collect your Personal Information from time to time, including the Personal Information obtained prior to, at the time, and following the date hereof, to assist BACD in providing the services offered to you. BACD may provide your Personal Information to our funding partners to report statistical data and for audit purposes, to professional advisors and consultants. BACD does not sell or release Personal Information to any third parties, except as set out herein, or as may be required at law. If you have any questions or concerns regarding BACD’s privacy policy please report them directly to the Executive Director.
