BACD Event Policy

All seminars are held (unless otherwise indicated) at the Business Advisory Centre Durham offices located at: 3000 Garden Street, Suite 200, Whitby ON L1R 2G6

Registration is mandatory for all seminars as seating is limited.

The Business Advisory Centre Durham reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a seminar due to speaker conflicts or insufficient registration.  Minimum registrant requirements vary.  We strive to let clients know if a course has to be rescheduled or cancelled at least 48hrs or two business days before the event.

Late Arrival Policy:
We ask that participants do their best to arrive 15 minutes before seminar start times. Any interruptions can adversely affect both the presenter and fellow attendees. Late arrival to an event may result in non-admittance.

Cancellations/No Shows:
Please note that all our workshops and seminars have limited seating and is very important that you notify us as soon as possible if you are unable to attend.

There are no refunds for reservations cancelled less than 48 hours before the event.

Children:
As much as we love young children, children under the age of 15 cannot be brought to the workshops, seminars and events as it may be disruptive to the speaker and the other participants.

Filming/Photography:
Please note photos and video will be taken throughout our seminars and events which may include your image.  By participating in the event, you therefore consent to being photographed and you authorize the Business Advisory Centre Durham to use these images at any time and without further notification within promotional materials, including on the Business Advisory Centre Durham’s website and in social media.
