Developing Effective Business Systems: Working ON your business, rather than IN it.
This topic will discuss how business owners can create effective business systems, which will have them working on their business, rather than in it, thereby creating the time and money freedom they desire.
About the Presenter
Judith Tait, a Police Officer of 23 years, has ventured through many different roles throughout her career. After an unexpected shift in her career Judith started to look for happiness and fulfillment outside of the world of policing. It was at this moment that she saw for the first time the world of possibilities that she could create for herself. Judith always wanted to have her own business. Being a fitness enthusiast and having a genuine love for dogs and pets of all kinds, Judith decided to combine her passions and started a now successful Dog Walking and Pet Sitting business.
In addition to being a speaker and author Judith has a passion for coaching other women in their business ventures so that she can educate, inspire and mentor them on their entrepreneurial path to success. Judith applies the same rules in her coaching practice that she has applied to her life – no quitting, rethinking, or wavering on your dreams. This, she finds, has been the foundation of her success.
