Entrepreneurs in small and startup businesses face special challenges in running their business, even in the area of business ethics. The pressure to survive is intense and there are many unknowns.
Emerging business models and products may come with unanswered questions about safety and social impact. In this seminar, sources of ethical challenges will be explored, and approaches to developing thoughtful solutions will be suggested. The audience will be invited to discuss several business case scenarios.

About the Presenter
Ann Dulhanty is a scientist who evolved into a business person through a variety of career experiences, including those in investment banking, business administration, and technology commercialization. Over the past decade, she has focused on advising inventors and founders on all aspects of early stage business development. When not working with entrepreneurs, she teaches business strategy, entrepreneurship, and business ethics, recently at Ryerson and Trent Universities.
