Meeting Space Rental

The Business Advisory Centre Durham has two meeting space rentals available for your meeting or event!

We offer half and full day rentals, Monday to Friday from 8:30am – 4:30pm or by special arrangements for evenings.

RENTAL SPACE TYPES

BACD boardroom

Boardroom Rental – up to 30 people seated

  • Half Day - $90
  • Full Day - $150
  • Evenings (4:30pm - 9:30pm) $175

Includes:

  • Coffee, tea, and water
  • Access to projector/screen, laptop, speakers
  • Small whiteboard or flip charts
  • WiFi

**tables & chairs are foldable and can be moved

Meeting Room Photo

Meeting Room Rental – 4-6 people

  • Half Day - $75
  • Full Day - $100
  • Evenings (4:30pm - 9:30pm) $135

Includes:

  • Coffee, tea, and water
  • Television screen with HDMI hook-up, telephone
  • WiFi

Cancellation Policy

  • A minimum of forty-eight (48) hours’ notice is required for cancellation or changes to rental booking. To cancel or change booking date/time please contact Client Services Administrator (905) 668 4949 x221 or email: clientservices@bacd.ca

Payment

  • Payment for the room rentals is accepted in cash, by cheque or Interac e-transfers and is due prior to the date/time of rental. Rental fees are non-refundable and subject to change. NSF and/or returned cheques are subject to a $25.00 administration fee.
